Major Moment Vocalists Andrey Borzykin and Sasha Razumova

Major Moment

Major Moment came onto the Boston rock scene with their 2018 EP One Small Step. Last year, the band released its sophomore EP The Sequel, which boasts over 200,000 Spotify streams.

Vocalists Andrey Borzykin and Sasha Razumova join Mark Radlund on today’s episode. We dig into their unique origin story, with both coming to America from Russia over a decade ago. Additionally, we discuss the meaning Chester Bennington and Trent Reznor have had on the band.

One Small Step was dedicated to Bennington after his passing, including a tribute music video of Linkin Park’s “Leave Out All the Rest.” The album raised money for 320 Changes Direction, a suicide prevention campaign in honor of Bennington.

On a lighter note, Andrey and Sasha also answer a Boston-themed lightning round of questions, which includes a bevy of hot takes. You’re on the hot seat, MARK WAHLBERG.
